Yeasts

Other ranges

Brewline® has selected 3 strains of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae for top-fermented beers.

These yeasts all have an excellent fermentation capacity (between 15 and 25°C), good sedimentation and a low production of diacetyl.
They all allow refermentation in bottle or in kegs. Their very distinct profiles give brewers the tools to compose the beer of their choice.
